Where does Beaverton Porta Pros deliver?
We cover Beaverton and the towns around it. Start with the main porta potty rental page if you want the full menu, or go straight to service in Beaverton itself.
Cedar Hills sits 2.3 miles north, close enough that a same-day standard porta potty rental is easy. See Cedar Hills service. West Slope is 3.0 miles northeast, a short run for a deluxe flushable unit or a handwashing station; details on the West Slope page.
Marlene Village is 3.6 miles north, good for home renovation jobs and roll-off dumpsters; the Marlene Village page covers it. Tigard is 6.1 miles southeast, a solid market for construction site services and temporary fence rental; see Tigard service. Lake Oswego is 9.3 miles southeast, our longest regular run, where event restroom rental and restroom trailers are common; the Lake Oswego page has the specifics.
What does delivery cost across the service area?
Delivery is a flat fee, not a mystery. It scales with distance and site access, and a longer haul to Lake Oswego runs higher than a short hop to Cedar Hills. Our weekly delivery band is below.
| service | duration | low | typical | high |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| delivery | day | 100 | 150 | 500 |
| delivery | week | 50 | 100 | 150 |
| delivery | month | 120 | 172 | 420 |
A standard unit is about 44 by 48 inches on the ground and stands roughly 92 inches tall, so we need clear width to set it down. For a roll-off dumpster we need about 60 feet of straight clearance behind the truck. That clearance matters more in tight Beaverton driveways than in open Tigard lots.
Every unit gets a weekly service visit. ANSI/PSAI Z4.3 sets one service per week as the baseline for up to 10 users over a 40 hour week, and that holds in every town we cover. If your headcount runs higher, ask about a second visit. For the math on quantity, read how many porta potties you need or check rental cost.
Do the same rules apply in every town?
Yes. OSHA does not change at a city line. On a construction site, OSHA 1926.51(c)(1) requires one toilet for 20 workers or fewer, whether that site is in Beaverton or Lake Oswego. See the full breakdown on OSHA portable toilet requirements.
Washing facilities carry the same standard everywhere. If crews are applying paints, coatings, herbicides or insecticides, OSHA 1926.51(f)(1) requires washing facilities on site. And 29 CFR 1910.141(d)(2) says those stations need soap and towels or a dryer; sanitizer alone does not meet it. More on that at handwashing requirements.
ADA rules travel too. Where single-user units are clustered, ADA Standards section 213.2 requires at least 5 percent be accessible, never fewer than one. That applies to a Tigard festival the same as a Beaverton park event. See our ADA accessible porta potty page. Septic service also runs area-wide: a residential tank is typically pumped every 3 to 5 years, and we handle it through septic pumping service and emergency septic service.

Frequently asked questions
How far will Beaverton Porta Pros travel?
Our regular range runs to about 10 miles from Beaverton. Lake Oswego, at 9.3 miles southeast, is our longest standard route. If your site sits past that, call our office and we will tell you straight whether we can reach it.
Which town is closest to your base?
Cedar Hills, 2.3 miles north, is the nearest town we cover regularly. West Slope follows at 3.0 miles northeast and Marlene Village at 3.6 miles north. Short hauls like these keep delivery in the lower part of the fee band.
Do you need a permit to place a unit near the street?
Placement on private property is straightforward. Putting a unit in the public right of way needs confirming with the City of Beaverton, since local rules are not something we quote from memory. Read porta potty permit requirements, then check with the city.
Can you handle events in these towns?
Yes. We cover weddings, festivals and concerts across all six areas. Standard event pricing runs from 200 to 800 dollars per unit. For upscale needs we offer a luxury restroom trailer with quotes given up front.
What else can you deliver to my area?
Beyond toilets, we drop storage containers, temporary power poles and light towers. We also run grease trap pumping throughout Beaverton. Ask for one combined delivery and we bundle the fee where the route allows.
