Do porta potties freeze in winter?

What changes about placement?

Are winter rentals priced differently?
The unit rate does not change with the season. What changes is the service line, because a tighter interval means more visits, and occasionally the delivery, if the truck needs a longer or slower route in poor conditions. Which units cope best with a Beaverton winter?
